Senior Night Patrol & Response Officer, Rural Estate Security
(Basingstoke South)
Summary
Senior Night Patrol and Response Officer
Full-time employed role
4 on / 4 off rotation
Night shifts: 18:00 to 06:00
Salary: £32,000 to £36,000, depending on experience
This role provides professional night patrol and response coverage across a small group of rural estates and properties. You will work alone in a marked patrol vehicle, carrying out patrols, checking properties and responding to incidents. The role is focused on visible deterrence, early identification of suspicious activity, and clear evidential reporting.
This is not a static guarding role. It requires sound judgement, strong observation skills, and the ability to work independently at night in remote rural areas. You will also need to deal professionally with estate owners, staff, police, and members of the public.
